This brand new track from Tequila Mockingbyrd is hot off the press, and it’s a terrific rocker. The band has undergone some lineup changes, and in addition to drummer Josie O’Toole, it now features two new faces: singer and guitarist Louisa Baker, and bassist Jacinta Jaye.

Today’s track of the day is Three Knuckle Shuffle’s new release, “I’ve Been Away From The World”. I’ve found that if you follow great bands you’ll discover other great bands, that seems to be the way it works 🙂 I found out about Three Knuckle Shuffle when they were recommended by Crimson Star on social media.
The single is available as a free download with an optional charity donation to Mind.

The track this week, that I first heard on BBC Radio 6. Boy Azooga hail from Cardiff and have a debut album called 1 2, Kung Fu! scheduled for release on 8th June.
Really like this. It’s new wavey, reminds me a bit the early Cure in tone, but a bit more upbeat. Ironically, you could probably dance to it quite easily – on your own of course…
