Your GTC Weekly Top Ten 15 December 2014

“We live in a time where I would say 90 per cent of people don’t write their own songs anymore and they get away with it because of iTunes and the internet because there’s no album covers Global Texan Chronicles Horny Cowanymore so nobody looks at who is writing the songs and arranging the songs,” – Noel Gallagher

We hear ya Noel … we suppose songwriters have to work as well. Just seems better when you’re buying into the full package…Who doesn’t dig packages.

Huge thanks to Feral Conservatives for stopping by th chat their right on take on garage rock! Check’em out on Facebook and beyond…

What a week indeed. We learned that if you’re gonna make dance music you may as well do it with the personality of David Guetta, you ain’t cool until Bob Dylan plays a show for you and by you we mean just YOU,Lovers Electric just released the best Christmas track of the year, glad Cat (Yusuf) Stevens is back, people dig alternative Christmas tales from the future, Iron Butterfly to fly again (allegedly), David Bowie to Chris Martin, “Nah”, if you are blessed with freedom of speech use it wisely or not (your choice Mr. Brown) and hey, Holiday pies are smelly good!

How was your week?

Thank You for coming by to see what this and that’s in the coolest music being made departments we had going on this past week. Tell your friends, they will love ya to bits.

Christmas
