Perseverance can be a daunting challenge, and having well-deserved love of whichever form you’re striving for can make it well worth any turmoils along the way. This, in a nutshell, is the message within burgeoning old-soul Irish singer-singer Leila Jane’s pulsing single, “Love Will Come Rushing”.
On this single, Jane’s mesmerizing vocals feel like they’re from another era, her songwriting is that of a seasoned poet, and the arrangement is enough to energize the hardest of downtrodden souls. The Dublin sings with empowering self-realization, “I’ve fallen harder, this time I’m ready/ My feet are planted, my nerves are steady/ The cliff can crumble into the sea/ The rocks will never break me…The world is spinning round the sun/ So who says I won’t have my turn?”.
