Today The GTC wishes a Very Happy 52nd Birthday to one Michael Peter “Flea” Balzary!

Not only are you the stand-out star of Back To The Future II & III but your side job as bassist extraordinaire for the Red Hot Chili Peppers has kept you from working fast-food.

In nearly thirty years your band of Peppers have produced some of the best psychedelic funk-punk jam band style Rock N’ Roll that has transformed the music landscape forever.

You may not wear socks on your wiener anymore but we can understand.(Never your mind if we still do so on occasions) Life moves on and people mature. But let’s not let all that stop you from being the slappiest bass man on the earth!

What would you like to say on your day Mr. Flea?
