Roll the dice, SINGLE: THE BUZZDEALERS – Who’s Gonna Save my Roll [feat. Sofia Kamina]
The BuzzDealers – Blooming is available now at Bandcamp.

by Walter Price
How thick do you dig your rock n roll? Do you like it with heavy shakes of psych, dashes of glam, desert rock, and a smidge of 90s era Britrock? Greece’s bombastic rockers The BuzzDealers have a kickass album going by the moniker ‘Blooming’, and its a powderkeg. Dynamite with a sense of moral fortitude. And without a doubt, all 9 tracks on this set are pretty killer, but I find myself hooked on track-six, “Who’s Gonna Save my Roll”. This timeless arena-ready charmer, featuríng backing vocals from Sofia Kamina, is chock-full of sonic righteousness. Lots of bluesy glam, poetic lyrics, and a crunch that’ll wake Bolan from the dead.
Roll the dice
In disguise
You never knew you’ve meant for more
All the tries
Saturday nights
It’s not so bad if all these flow
Vacate the nation as your style
And I’ll blend some vows to make you lie
I kneel this sphere
The pity shiny moon
Although The BuzzDealers reached out to me originally, they apparently declined to further discuss this deep-rooted song with me. C’est la vie… Alas, you can stream this track and the entire monster of an album, below.
[UPDATE: These right-on Athens rockers got back to me and added a little more weight to this single, “This song talks about music life associated with everyday efforts.”]
