It was also a week that we learned that the seemingly nutless attendees of Glastonbury Festival fear the face melting sounds of Metallica, Ben Reel is the real Irish deal, The Donkeys have it goin’ on, Bill Haley faded away with little respect, Morrissey and Pamela Anderson sitting in a tree, er, on the Capitol Records building, Foo Fighters are endless super cool, Ozzy doesn’t want it to end, people still really love Pulp, Creem Circus are boss and Johnny Marr thanks you and comes again. Great!
