Rock On You Led Zeppelins
Depending on what level of music understanding your brain is currently resting, on this very day in 1968 could be the most important day in Rock N’ Roll history.
Four young lads with sharp hair styles and trousers that went to their feet entered a rehearsal space in London’s West End to bang away at songs titled “I’m Confused”(soon to become “Dazed and Confused”), “Smokestack Lighting” and the first song they played that day “The Train Kept A-Rollin'”.
A month later they decided not to be new chickens and called themselves Led Zeppelin. Let’s thank God that he put Robert Plant, John Bonham, Jimmy Page and John Paul Jones in that room together.
For over 40 years the world of rock has been forever changed. Every kid with a electric guitar and a secondhand amp have stumbled, plucked and/or all out rocked their way through every Zeppelin classic!
