It’s been a minute since we’ve heard from indie darling and GTC fave Strobegilrl. But suddenly, she has resurfaced recently with a guest vocal on Jan Doyle Band’s single, “Ghosting”, from their The Christmas Present EP: Lyrics were written by Heather Strobes and music composed by Derek Williams, best described as whimsical nearing a menacing slow burn.
But don’t just skip ahead to this brilliant collaboration. The entire four-track EP is gothy-electronica fitting for that after-hours lounge comedown or any of these murky winter days. But first, take it out for a weekend spin and then slot it into your appropriate playlist.
