Now with two brilliant solo albums under his belt (The Messenger 2013 / Playland 2014) longtime guitar and alt rock hero Johnny Marr’s name isn’t on a comeback, he’s been here for years, he’s further proving his powers as one of the more important music makers in the past 50 years.

The dynamic back and forth partnership with Morrissey during the The Smiths is stuff of legend and will go down as one of the best pairings to smash the worlds of music. Nearly creating an entire music genre themselves. Those days are past and (allegedly) never to be again.
