Coming up with a band name or an alias for those basement dwelling singer-songwriters looking for a nice disguise to hide your fears, The GTC team has decided to come up with some ideas each week in what we are calling, Your Band Name.

This week’s suggestion:

Cemetary Gate

Origin: Well, if you love The Smiths (Queen is Dead) or that song from Pantera (Cowboys From Hell) this name idea is a no brainer. Although, we have no idea why The Smiths spelled the Cemetery wrong but if you have that Google you could find out and let us know, or not.

Thoughts: Since we covered the facts that the name has been used in songs from alt-gods to metal maniacs this band name would be comfortable in any atmosphere.
