…who are the people, VIDEO/SINGLE: FIRE TIGER – Flying Solo [ All the Time, LP ]
Fire Tiger – All The Time LP is available at Apple Music, Amazon.

I’m pretty secure in the notion that no one has ever wondered what it would sound like if Grace Slick, The Proclaimers and The Real McKenzies morphed and released a sizzling LA-centric song. Alas, perennial retro faves Fire Tiger have dropped a new video/single that is all that. Vocalist Tiffany Alkouri is at her all-time best, maliciously moving in and out of melodic highs and lows in addictive catchiness as the band cradles her in that undeniable and now infamous nostalgic-flavored soundtrack.
They’re flying high
Looking down below
Who, who are the people
Spinning the world
Passers-by
Some who I don’t know
Who, who are the people out on their own
But what’s just as cool, is this song’s music video. While this band has delivered some great films in the past, this one is gimmick and trope free. Just a group, stuck in the same pandemic as all of us, making frames as themselves. Fun-loving, authentic and whimsical rock n rollers being limitless. It’s refreshing. (highlight alert: guitar slinging on a skateboard, yeah, this video has it)
“Flying Solo” is from the brand new LP, ‘All the Time” [stream it], available now on most platforms.
