Coming up with a band name or an alias for those basement dwelling singer-songwriters looking for a nice disguise to hide your fears, And face it, Destroy She Said and Hot Streak are taken (allegedly)…The GTC team has decided to come up with some fresh ideas each week in what we are calling, Your Band Name Sucks.

This week’s suggestion:

Freelance Animals

Origin: Sitting in a cab as the driver complains about hipsters and his theory that all hipsters are freelancers. At one point he exclaimed, “F#%king freelance animals!”. And voila, your new name was born.

Thoughts: The best name we’ve come up with, and you love it! Hip Hop, indie or metal will have soooo many new fans with this awesome new name suggestion.
