Just because you and I, them and they are all sequestered at home doesn’t mean we can’t mix things up with some punk bop. And Canada’s smile-inducing garage rockers (with sprinkles) Pale Lips have just what the doctor ordered. “The Kids” will take ya back to the sounds and vibes of Joe Dante’s ‘Rock ‘n’ Roll High School’, back when The Ramones spilled bubblegum all over their punk rock.
The video, directed by the band’s very own Lynn Poulin, could cause involuntary wiggles and possible pogoing to break out, so proceed with caution. Just kidding, turn it up to 11! And pop this one in your feel-good rock n roll summer playlist.
