Taken from his 2016 masterpiece, Childish Gambino’s “Redbone” is a deep-rooted ode to lack of morning sex, or so the lore goes. With sonic references to Bootsy Collins, Jaco Pastorius, and an unadulterated vocal that has had fans of Ween twisting in glee since its release, this track would seem a daunting choice to cover.

This is now and Canadian indie-pop duo Your Paris [Laila Kharouba and Nick Babcock] have transformed this fan-favorite into a sexy dim-the-lights slow jam.
