The Cult new albumTHE CULT ‘DEEPLY ORDERED CHAOS’

‘Deeply Ordered Chaos’ is a brand new, trippy and dark new tune from The Cult, taken from the band’s upcoming album ‘Hidden City’, set for release February 5, 2016. The album can pre-ordered at theband’s websiteiTunes, and Amazon. An instant download of ‘Deeply Ordered Chaos’ is included with every pre-order.

The track’s title comes from Francis Bacon. To quote front-man Ian Astbury:

“The title came from one our greatest painters and visionaries, Francis Bacon, who stated, ‘I believe in deeply ordered chaos.’ His work and philosophy have had a profound affect on my life.”

The Temperance MovementTHE TEMPERANCE MOVEMENT ‘DO THE REVELATION’

The Temperance Movement’s brand new album ‘White Bear’ is set for release January 15, 2016, but the band has just released the brand (and rather fantastic) new tune ‘Do The Revelation’ on Spotify. It’s an acoustic version, and the studio version will be available January 15th!

‘White Bear’ is available for pre-order right now: check the band’sFacebook page or website for details.

The Temperance Movement is also heading out on tour in 2016, and will be doing some North American dates (including Canada) supporting Monster Truck – a dream two-fer if I ever saw one. I’ve got my tix for their gig at The Commodore Ballroom in Vancouver, and can’t wait to see both bands hit the stage!

DiemondsDIEMONDS ‘AIN’T THAT KINDA GIRL’

Canadian band Diemonds are hot off a trip to Japan, and the release of a brand new album: the very excellent ‘Never Wanna Die’ – read my review. The video was shot – DIY-style – in Las Vegas, by the band’s guitarist C.C. Diemond. To quote Diemonds’ Facebook page:

A little thing C.C. filmed in the Vegas desert with a handheld camera and some magic herbs.

Never Wanna Die is now available worldwide from Napalm RecordsEntertainment One Music, and SPIRITUAL BEAST.
