Breathing something heavy, SINGLE: FLIGHT ATTENDANT – Man Of Chaos
Flight Attendant – Man Of Chaos is available now at Spotify, Apple Music, and Amazon.

by Walter Price
With a sound that could be compared to a blended style of Siouxsie Sioux, Berlin and Love and Rockets, Nashville-based, Flight Attendant’s new track “Man Of Chaos” is a bluesy psych masterstroke. Low slung and throbbing, this soundtrack ready single with its haunting and caldera-checking lyrics, is gonna dominate your summer indie rock n roll playlist.
Vocalist Karalyne Winegarner’s seducing delivery cradled by that near rock-a-billy sawing of Vinny Maniscalco guitar, driving thump from Derek Sprague & Mike Cottrell and completed by Nikki Christie’s spine-chilling viola. Along with its evocative and conscious lyrics, this song is certainly one of the most potent releases of 2020.
Storms in the area
Got a feeling like a Krakatoa
Eyes looking ahead
Wait to explode
Breathing something heavy now
Watching time slowly cut me down
Destruction in slow-mo
I’m a man of chaos
You can stream “Man Of Chaos”, produced by Grammy-winning Charles Yingling (Willie Nelson), as well as watch a hallucinogenic thrill ride of a video, filmed during quarantine using iPhones and edited by the band’s own Nikki Christie, below.

He wears a suit made of spiderwebs
Breaths Fire like the walking dead
And I watched his soul crawl
Our of control
He says he likes the taste of the flame
A diamond ring is to blame
So I watched a man jump
From top of the world
