With a blend of New York Dolls style hard-garage melded with various eras of alt-rock, Spain’s F I C C I O N has released the most sonically unique release of the year. Their album ‘Cuando la Realidad Supera a la Ficcion’ (When Reality Overcomes Fiction) is a highly volatile concoction of experimental Rock N Roll. But this is not as shocking as it probably should be. The cats in this outfit have been known to stretch the boundaries of conventional approaches to music making in their various other bands and projects.
