I’ve written much about the glorious glam-rock of Italy’s Faz Waltz. I’ve also been known the bestow accolades on the band’s attention to detail in their music videos. But what I hadn’t known in previous years is that the boys from Cantù would ultimately top themselves with their new video “Rock’N’Roll Boy”. The Marcello Perego directed clip is a walk down an adolescent memory lane. A lane drenched in late 60’s to mid 70’s rock n roll and ketchy pop culture.
Check out the clip for dynamite appearances by Pink Panther, Sesame Street gang, The Banana Splitz, John Lennon, Marc Bolan and many more. And if you were a little boy or girl with Rock N Roll aspirations as a child, this song/video is a dream come true.
