Bad Co

On this very day in 1974 one of the top ‘supergroups’ of all time hit #1 in the U.S. with their self-titled album Bad Company.
Bad Company was fantastically formed about a year earlier with members of Free, Mott The Hoople and King Crimson and they immediately left their mark on music history. The album, Bad Company, contains some of the most legendary/most played rock anthems; “Can’t Get Enough”, “Rock Steady”, “Ready For Love”, “Don’t Let Me Down”(my favorite on the album) and “Bad Company” (which I think every young guitarist tries to learn).. From start to finish this is an album that only gets better as time goes on and on.
Oh, I could go on about my teenage years driving around the back-roads of Texas with this album blaring from the tiny speakers (on cassette) but I’ll save you the agony.
If your collection is currently void of this album, run and buy one before your friends think you’re a Justin Bieber fan.
