Mysterious LA artist Glad Hander has dropped a single “Rodeo Clown” that is as baffling as anything The Flaming Lips, Ween, or Gibby Haynes has gifted ears.
Since it can’t be described much better, I’ll directly quote the on-point press sheet, “Glad Hander is an experimental, atonal band that blends dissonant soundscapes with a rhythmic groove. Their debut single captures this unique fusion, featuring a voice muttering nonsense about life as a rodeo clown.” Agreed.
Released by our friends over at Poor Man Records (Broken Baby, Young Winona, Barbie Doll), this single is said to be the first of three before this pleasantly oddball outfit drops their debut album ‘Dead Handsome’ expected on October 18th.
